This is a product training and knowledge training website for the CollaborationRoom.ai agent collaboration application. This is a self-learning tool. It addresses 3 kinds of audiences
- New user onboarding
- Old users refreshing themselves
- All users learning about new features
The site authenticates users through the application portal, through the training link. Each authenticated session is for 60 minutes, which means training article content will be visible only for 60 minutes. Users will need to re-click from the application to start a new session. The website does not save any user data.
The website can be navigated as follows
- Keyword search (is global)
- Through the product features section
- Through the product releases section
Each feature is referred to as an article by the website. It will provide an overview of the feature and useful links, such as screenshots, knowledge documents, and video walkthroughs. All links will open in the browser window and will not require document or file downloads.
The help articles are tagged role-based.

This is to make each feature relevant to the role. Higher roles can toggle to lower roles to change the version of the website.
(Note – 90%+ of the features may be common to all roles and nothing much may change).
